Beratan Lake Temple

After a quick visits to the animal sanctuary at Nusa Dua, we head to Beratan Lake Temple. It's a very beautiful scenic place to dropby though there's nothing much (buildings) to looks at. This place looks more like a park to relax and lossen yourself.

On our way back, we managed to witness a ceremony going on in a village and all the villagers gathering to help out, like we called 'gotong-royong' in Malaysia. But sadly this culture and spirit seems to be dissapearing among the younger generations.

What is MMU Melaka SRC direction?

Abit of interuption from Bali Trip updates...

Here's an open letter to MMU Melaka SRC...

What is the difference between the current situation of our nation leaders and MMU SRC? I think they are heading the same way. All are politiking for own personal benefits. SRC = Students Representative Council. I do agree if compare the SRC of previous 2 to 3 years ago, they really do commit themself for the students.

The SRC now sucks big time, they are getting bad to worst. Those who don't have sincere heart to help out ALL students and are going for nomitation please withdraw yourself before you put yourself in BIG shame. Most of them push themself up just for their own benefits and also for their club benefits. They don't really care about the student'ss right anymore. What make things worst is, I've heard some of the council inside (I will not release the name), they are so F***ing hopeless, they're even practicing discrimination and they call themself student's rep... what a shame... I wonder if the committees and high comm of SRC even know if this matter is happenning in the council.

Want some statistics? In the early years, there are so many people that joined the SRC. Now, there's so many empty seats, any Tom Dick and Harry can just elect themself and win without contending. I wonder where are the capable leaders and will the reputation of SRC goes down the drain?

Regarding the 'IT fees', do you think you've achieve your objectives? FYI, this is not the first time MMU implement a fees and then after that they reduce it. Remember library fees? Does it ever occur to you that they purposely implement RM100 so that later on they can reduce it to RM50 which might be their main objective?

It'll be great if you SRC people and those who are going to election to be in SRC read this post. I'm not trying to tarnish the name of SRC. If you feel very angry or displease with my opinion, then i suggest you as a SRC leader step down, because you are not fit to represent the students with such attitude. If you are a true leader, you should start doing something to improve the name of SRC not wasting your time hating me.

If there is no improvements in the SRC, the way I see they are heading are all towards personal interests and this will surely cripple the whole council in no time. If you think I'm not qualify to criticize SRC... I've been a part of SRC exco for 1 term years ago and I'm very happy with what they are doing that time, and I've joined and witness almost all PCM since few years back. SRC is suppose to help and protect all the students and clubs not F***ing hog all the power for themself and their club.
